Who?

Who teaches mobiles to dance

so infants can

prance

in ripples of sunlight?

small limbs fluttering about

 a majorette who spins

dreams,

‘ til yawns and stretches glint

towards ripe leaves,

and mothers arms are covered in

Christmas berries above

babies who

smile

and play Jack and Jill tumble songs on rattles

all around those

who see

innocence

in footprints of young leaves
