  1. That would be so amazing, Kimberly, and I’m sure your poetry is worth any kind words she could write about it. I pray that works out for you. Back when I wrote Frankie’s Heart I reached out to a rather well known Christian author asking for a blurb. I knew it was a long shot, but worth a try. The worst she could do was say no, right? She said no. She responded very kindly but in no uncertain terms telling me she didn’t do recommendations for other authors. I’m sure she gets a bazillion requests every year, but still, it stung. I took a breath, gritted my teeth, and thanked God for her talent and the blessing her writing is to so many. I also prayed that I would never become too important to help out another author 😉
