HOORAY!

Today is Stephanie’s last day of work before she begins her well earned summer vacation.

As a HS librarian Stephanie not only runs circulation for the whole library, but has also played a critical role in curriculum networking at her school and within the District. Together with the group of students in her Library Committee, she actualizes community building activities such as Bookmark and Cover Design Contests, Blind Date with a Book, Maker Space Activities, Chess Tournaments etc. Additionally she has implemented a point system by which students can earn prizes. On her library’s Instagram one will find posts celebrating school staff such as Mystery Staff Week and Staff Appreciation Week wherein students are encouraged to get to know and praise their teachers… and so much more:)

( Last year she received a Making A Difference Award from her District.)

And that is just what she does for her day job which doesn’t take into account the countless hours she spends reading and reviewing books, acting as my literary and promo agent, nurturing the wild life at Meadow Arc and loving on our dog.

Hip hip hooray for Stephanie:)

Isn’t she adorable?

    • Yes:) She’s amazing:) She earned her Master’s in Library Science during Covid after she freelanced for a Nation wide magazine. It used to be so fun to go into grocery stores and see her articles published in magazines. This was while she was still in college.

She was also asked recently by my publisher to be in charge of Promo for my book this summer:) Super exciting.
She’s currently on the look out for employment within a Christian Publishing house.
      So proud of her:)
