Delilah…

she is  a slick cat

that one,

slick and glossy as

a kitten’s tail 

turning pages

 of women marketed

for lust…

she slithers 

through pictures of women 

he will never love,

distracts him from 

seeing her tail

as it flicks around him,

binding him

to look again and 

again and

again,

to search for something

he will never 

ever 

have,

’til his eyes grow blind 

within him…
