Anyone else tired of playing

one way Frisbee

with folks

who want to spin

words on their pinkies

as though theyre some kind of god

you might find

on the back of a cereal box 

who can spin the L word

 til its the F word

everyone

uses

on the street

a pretty good word

to

get 

the 

girl 

into

bed

shoot

our 

President 

dead

and buy us all 

with a dime store rhyme and a  bit of twine 

shaped into the letters

L.O.V.E

pasted 

onto an old piece of cardboard 

whose box 

 held deep fried fish

yesterday..
