Yesterday Stephanie found our dog’s doppelgänger on Reddit. We’re not even on Reddit but Stephanie found him. ( Ok, so we’re on Reddit now.. had to connect with this doppelgänger some how) When I first saw his pictures.. I had to double check to make sure that Stephanie hadn’t posted our Pollyanna Rue.
Anyway, this seemed like some kind of metaphorical moment and I started spinning a little… was one of the dogs a metaphor for the other? Or are both another type of metaphor for a greater truth?
On the vastly popular TV show Friends, Joey meets his hand twin and finds the experience life changing ( lol) …. I wonder what he would have to say about this…
Any thoughts?
Hahaha Joey’s hand twin! Rue’s paw twin. 🐾

I’ll admit that although I thought I knew the meaning, I looked it up to be safe. It is said that everyone has at least one “twin” walking around somewhere. I have yet to find mine.

Thank you! And Ty for being part of the wonderful surprise we got from our publisher today! Stephanie is so excited that you will be an arc reviewer. ( I am too!!) Especially needed because she was having a rather rough morning with our dog which included much canine persistence at disobedience culminating with a bath.
To foreload a bit about Kadupel flower.. Stephanie says that the audience for it is probably secular.

Beautiful dogs!! We used to have a dog called Roo, which was short for kangaroo, because she would jump high up in the air when she was excited. Lovely fur babies. ❤

I named her Pollyanna.. my daughter nicknamed her Rue due to it sounding like one of her vocalizations. Love to imagine your Roo springing around:)
