Due to Pollyanna’s somewhat aggressive behavior with anyone who comes near our house, she has needed to hang out in her kennel this morning.

Thankfully, at this moment, although barking, she is not Rottweiler growling, baring her teeth, and bashing against the kennel in order to get out to “ deal with the trespasser.”

Instead, she appears to be enjoying an opportunity to bark, can you see how she smiles while doing it?

This smile usually accompanies Pollyanna when she is pushing boundaries. I have never seen a dog with such a sense and love of humor. She seems to thrive on our laughter, and it must be confessed that this is one of the ways that she often attempts to get away with things.

So this post is for you Pollyanna, a friendly reminder, that barking at the plumber, is not funny.
