Stephanie snapped this Gulf Fritillary caterpillar and ground bee a few minutes ago when she spotted them hanging out on our Maypop vine. Since Maypop is a host plant for Gulf Fritillary butterflies, they tend to hang out there and in the meadow:) While I picked some Flavor Punch cherry plums for our brunch:)
Although greener than when normally picked, I tried one earlier just in case it was ripe enough ( trying to get a jump on the birds) .
And it is fantastic! Maybe a little extra sour but Stephanie and I agree that makes them taste even better:)

I admire Stephanie, who took this photo. I’m afraid of worms, so I don’t have in mind taking pictures of them, but you might inspire me with this.
