Dawn is amazing! In spite of needing to care for her husband whose arm required her to go to the hospital with him, she posted this wonderful metaphorical analysis of Kadupul Flower. Thanks sooo much Dawn!

Her clever connection to how Fresno helped me grow made me smile:)

Although I did not spend my literal childhood in Fresno, (that was spent in the East Bay Area after I moved from the Florida Keys when young) , I did attend Fresno Pacific University, get married and grow so much more during my adult years here in Fresno.

That said, my biological father was from this area… and my strong guess is that I was conceived here, so on a couple different levels I see myself as ” made in Fresno” lol.
