A gardener was stopped and detained on his way to work. A gardener. Not a gang banger or drug dealer.

Our Mayor, an outspoken Christian, and ( Republican ) who was formerly in law enforcement is requesting that Ice be pulled back so as to be better trained.. to learn how to de- escalate, to provide better accountability.

My question is… does attempting to hold others accountable, put one above the need to be held accountable as well?

My heart is broken by the racial profiling. Our students are protesting.
