the window slipped out of an old entry way door … and shattered..

and the Lord gave Stephanie and I peace … and laughter.

We were blessed with the opportunity to meet two gentlemen who care for our community by providing after hours handyman services…

while the window was being boarded up, our dog Pollyanna had the immense joy of pretending to be Kujo in her kennel ( seriously.. in between baring teeth, Rottweiler barking and lunging at her kennel wall, we caught her with that naughty naughty grin on her face which signifies that she is having a blast)

As some of you know, we are struggling over here with home repair issues that we haven’t and don’t have the money to fix.. Hole in the roof, rusty bathtub.. etc etc.. Most of the time we just live, laugh and write around these needs..

but a couple weeks ago we also decided to apply to Pen America’s Emergency Fund in the hope that they will help us with our roof.

Please agree with us in prayer for favor in this.. it would be so nice to be able to fix the lighting in our kitchen that was harmed by an outpouring and to not have to move our table every time it rains..
