    • Pesto is a pasta sauce normally made with basil, parmesan , oil, salt pepper, garlic… and pine nuts ( which look like white beans… )

      Since we have so much oregano in the yard I decided to try a recipe I found online that used oregano instead of basil. Oregano and garlic are superfoods so it’s kind of a health win win for us. I’m not sure if pesto usually uses lemon but since the one online did.. I did too:)
